Holiday Traditions For The Entire Family - Pet Stocking Stuffer Ideas

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, the stockings are hung by the chimney with care, and your homes are filled with cheer. There is no doubt that Christmas is truly a magical time, with the trees, the lights, the decorations, the joy and excitement, the cookies, the family gatherings. I could go on and on but I won’t because I have a feeling you know exactly what I mean. But one of my favorite things about Christmas is the traditions. Big or small, traditions make every Christmas that much more special and personal for each family. They’re something I look forward to every year, and I hope they are something my children carry on with them.  What are some of ours? Christmas eve PJ’s, and watching White Christmas after opening presents Christmas morning.

As we drink our coffee we sit and watch as the toys are played with, the house gets covered in glitter, and all the candy from the stockings (and in the case of Igloo and Winter, all the treats) get eaten.

Yes I have stockings for our dogs, and yes I stuff them every year. They’re a part of our family after all and how unfair would it be if they came out of Christmas empty pawed? It would be totally unfair is the answer! So each year I go out and I fill their personalized stockings with treats, and snacks that are delicious and entertaining. Because let's face it, they shouldn’t have to be bored by their food! So I’m here to share some ideas with you for stocking stuffers for your furry friends.

I of course go straight for my favorite brand for my fur balls, Wellness Natural Pet Food. The Wellness WellBars, which are grain free and loaded with antioxidants and the WellBites which are made with whole fruits and veggies! This year they have holiday flavored treats to keep your pups feeling the holiday spirit, I have the Gingerbread flavor which seems to be a hit in our household. I also snagged some Old Mother Hubbard Jingle Jangle P-Nuttiers baked with real peanut butter in the shape of Christmas Trees, and some Whimzees all natural daily dental treats, which if you have met my dog Igloo you know is a necessity! Along with delicious festive treats you can stuff toys, new collars, leashes, or any of your pets other favorite items!
